Mark, the salesman, came to our house within 2 days of our request. We decided what we wanted. CHC thought they would be able to have the project done earlier than it was done. But I have to say, it was worth the wait!!! The construction workers were punctual and the construction was completed as expected. Garret even came to look over our project himself. EVERYONE I have delt with at CHC have been amazing! They even came back out the same day I notified them of a couple cosmetic issues. I HIGHLY recommend CHC for any project you need!!

Needed to resurface an aging wooden deck with modern trex for looks and safety. Mark the sales rep was cordial and informative about options to consider. Angie the schedule coordinator was available to answer my questions and made sure the project preparations happened. The materials arrived ahead a couple of days of the work crew. Cody and team got the job done within a day and returned for a small touch up task. They took thoughtful care to protect the existing framework and storage space beneath the deck. They removed all old boards and took away debris. The end result was excellent and beyond my expectations in terms of the fit and finish of the workmanship. Custom Home Creations provided us with exactly the deck we asked for, complete with pergola. Mark was very personable and willingly worked with us on all the details. He delivered what he promised. It was refreshing to work with someone not only interested in selling a pre-determined design on a larger scale.
